Toilet Repair & Installation in Nampa, ID
A running toilet is a water bill. A rocking toilet is a floor repair waiting to happen.
What goes wrong
Toilets fail in ways that are easy to live with and expensive to ignore. A flapper that does not seat runs water all night. A wax ring that has failed leaks into the subfloor rather than onto it, so the first visible sign is often the floor moving underfoot.
How we handle it
We fix what is worth fixing. Internals are cheap and a rebuild is usually the right answer on a sound toilet. A cracked tank, a rocking base on a rotted flange, or a low-flow model from the era when low-flow meant flushing twice, are cases where replacement is the honest recommendation.
What is included
- Diagnosis of running, leaking, weak flush and repeated blocking
- Fill valve, flapper and complete internal rebuilds
- Wax ring and flange repair or replacement
- Full toilet replacement with removal of the old unit
- Correction of a rocking or unlevel base
What it costs
We quote the price before any work starts, so the number you agree to is the number you pay. Where a rebuild and a replacement are both defensible, we price both.

(208) 870-0148Why does my toilet keep running?
Almost always the flapper or the fill valve. The flapper hardens with age and stops sealing, so water leaks from tank to bowl and the fill valve keeps topping it up. Both are inexpensive parts and a rebuild replaces them together, which is why we usually do the whole set rather than one piece.
My toilet rocks. Is that serious?
It is worth dealing with promptly. Movement breaks the seal of the wax ring, which lets water escape under the floor rather than into the bowl. That damages the subfloor and can rot the flange the toilet bolts to. The fix is straightforward if caught early and turns into floor repair if it is not.
Why does one toilet block repeatedly?
If only one fixture blocks, the problem is usually that toilet or the line immediately serving it: a low-flow model with a weak flush, an obstruction lodged in the trapway, or a partial blockage in its branch line. If other fixtures misbehave at the same time, the main line is the more likely cause and needs a different diagnosis.
