If we can talk you through shutting off the water before we arrive, we will do that on the phone first, because the cheapest emergency is the one that stops getting worse while you wait.

Yes. Emergency service runs 24 hours a day, including weekends. Our office keeps regular hours for scheduling and quotes, but emergency dispatch does not stop when the office closes.
What counts as a plumbing emergency?
Anything actively releasing water or gas, and anything that makes the house unusable. Burst or leaking supply lines, a sewer backing up into the house, no water at all, a gas smell, or a water heater dumping its tank. A slow drip can usually wait for a scheduled visit, and we will tell you honestly if that is the case.
What should I do before the plumber arrives?
Shut off the water. Most homes have a main shutoff where the supply line enters, and most fixtures have their own stop valve underneath. If you smell gas, leave the building first and call from outside. Call us and we will talk you through finding the shutoff if you are not sure where it is.
